Application features:

The flame spraying-remelting powder is fed to the fixed oxyacetylene or oxyhydrogen flame through the powder feeding tank, and the semi-molten metal powder forms a mechanically and physically bonded coating on the surface of the sprayed substrate, and after remelting, the sprayed surface layer is combined with the base alloy. The spraying efficiency is 1-9kg/h, and the coating thickness is 0.1-3mm.

The principle of plasma arc spraying is similar to that of flame spraying. The difference is that the spraying heat source is a high-speed and high-temperature arc, and the density can reach 95-98%. The spraying efficiency is 2-8kg/h, and the coating thickness can reach 0.1-2.5mm.

High-speed flame spraying (supersonic spraying, HVOF), moderate flame temperature, speed up to 700m / s, density of more than 97%, efficiency of up to 9kg / h, coating thickness of 0.05-2.5mm.

Plasma transfer arc welding is highly automated, with spray efficiencies as high as 12 kg/h and coating thicknesses of approximately 1-6 mm.

The laser cladding spraying efficiency is about 8kg/h, the coating thickness is 0.5mm, and even more than 4mm.
